- Marketing results (leads, traffic, rankings, sales) depend on many external factors; while we follow best practices, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
4. Payments
- Fees, payment schedules and advance requirements are specified in the project proposal or invoice.
- Advertising budgets (e.g., Google, Meta) are payable separately and directly to the platforms unless otherwise agreed.
- Delayed payments may result in suspension of services. Taxes are charged as applicable.
5. Refunds & Cancellation
- Work commenced is non-refundable. For ongoing services, cancellation requires written notice as per the agreed notice period in the proposal.
- Third-party costs (domains, hosting, advertising spend, software licences) are non-refundable once incurred.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, design and branding on this website belong to Little Star Digital Media and may not be copied without permission.
- Upon full payment, deliverables created for a client (websites, creatives, campaigns) become the client's property, excluding third-party assets and our pre-existing tools and frameworks.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must ensure that all content, data and instructions they provide are lawful, accurate and do not infringe third-party rights.
- Clients are responsible for the legality of their products, services and offers promoted through our campaigns.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information (business data, strategies, pricing, customer lists) private and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Star Digital Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.
10. Third-Party Platforms
Our services often involve third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, email tools). We are not responsible for changes, outages, policy decisions or account actions taken by these platforms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
